Both settings apply to the whole team and to every Olly chat: * **Enable network access** controls whether Olly can read public web pages while it investigates. * **Enable Connectors** controls whether team members can link Olly to external tools such as Jira, Sentry, or PagerDuty. See [Connectors](https://coralogix.com/docs/user-guides/olly/connectors.md). Public beta AI settings is in public beta and is not yet available to every team. To request access, contact your account representative or Support. ## What you need[​](#what-you-need "Direct link to What you need") * The [`TEAM-AI-SETTINGS:MANAGE`](https://coralogix.com/docs/user-guides/aaa/access-control/permissions/permissions-list.md) permission. The page is available to administrators only and does not appear for other team members. * Olly enabled for your team. See [Enable Olly](https://coralogix.com/docs/user-guides/olly/enable.md). ## Turn network access on or off[​](#turn-network-access-on-or-off "Direct link to Turn network access on or off") 1. In Coralogix, select **Olly AI** in the navigation bar, then **AI Settings**. 2. Turn **Enable network access** on or off. Your change saves as soon as you set the toggle and takes effect on the team's next message to Olly. If the save does not go through, the toggle returns to its previous state and Coralogix reports the failure. ## What Olly can reach when network access is on[​](#what-olly-can-reach-when-network-access-is-on "Direct link to What Olly can reach when network access is on") Olly can read a public web page when it already has the address. That address can come from a URL you gave it in chat, a URL returned by one of its tools, a link on a page it already fetched, or an address it already knows, such as a project's official documentation. When Olly has no usable address, it tells you and continues with your Coralogix data and its own knowledge. Olly cites a page only after it fetches that page successfully. ## What Olly can reach when network access is off[​](#what-olly-can-reach-when-network-access-is-off "Direct link to What Olly can reach when network access is off") * Olly cannot read public web pages, and does not reach the internet through the commands it runs while working on your request. * Olly answers from your Coralogix data and its own knowledge, and tells you when an answer would have required the public internet. * Olly's own tools and your team's connectors keep working. They reach Coralogix and your own services rather than the public internet. * If your team uses the GitHub integration, Olly can still reach `github.com` through that integration. See [GitHub integration](https://coralogix.com/docs/user-guides/olly/github.md). ## Turn connectors on or off[​](#turn-connectors-on-or-off "Direct link to Turn connectors on or off") Connectors let team members link Olly to an external tool through that tool's Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, so Olly can pull context from it during an investigation. Connectors are available to every team by default, and an administrator can turn them off. 1. In Coralogix, select **Olly AI** in the navigation bar, then **AI Settings**. 2. Turn **Enable Connectors** on or off. While the setting is off, members cannot add a connection and Olly cannot use one. Connections members already made stay listed and keep their settings, so turning it back on restores them. Each connection belongs to the member who created it, and Olly acts with that member's credentials in the connected tool.
