Managing Existing Presets

To manage your presets, go to Integrations > Notification Center > Presets.

The Presets tab lists all your existing presets along with their descriptions and preset types. From here, you can:

  • Click a preset to open and view its details.
  • Click the edit icon to modify the preset’s configuration.
  • Click the delete icon to remove the preset.
  • Click the Set as default option to make it the default preset for that destination type during alert setup.
